Hi! My name is Kay.

Body movement has always been a passion of mine, through my nine years teaching fitness and mindfulness I realized there is a substantial need for body type and body ability inclusivity. The classes I lead are diverse and catered to all levels whether you can effortlessly press into a handstand or if a neck injury makes just standing uncomfortable—my class is for you. In any of my classes you can expect to be empowered to reach your highest potential, a safe space to explore all varieties of movement and expression, and endless support not just from myself but from the Zingara Yoga community!
